The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-ba/26 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, one loaded country-made pistol was recovered from pant of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 15-11-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. One loaded country-made pistol along with two live cartridges were recovered from pant of the petitioner. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Case No. 467 of 2018.
