JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-02-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014 dated 02.05.2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 467, 468, 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is sought to be prosecuted in this case on the allegation that on verification, the registration of the petitioner as an A.N.M was found to be forged. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has served the State of Bihar as A.N.M. for 23 years and only on the information that the certificate of registration pertaining to her appointment as A.N.M was found to be forged, her services have been terminated. Learned counsel for the petitioner has disputed all the allegations made in the F.I.R

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4535 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 2/2 regarding the petitioner having furnished forged and fabricated registration number for seeking her appointment. Taking into account the fact that petitioner has served as A.N.M for the last 23 years, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to her.

The petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, subject to her furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
