The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case no. 550 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that petitioners along with Md. Javed Alam came at the door of the informant Allauddin Ansari. Thereafter, petitioner No.1 Mahamdul Hasan ordered to kill the informant upon which Javed Alam gave Farsa blow at the head of the informant. At that time, petitioner No.2 laid the informant on the ground by catching his hair and caused assault through fist and slaps and petitioner No.1 snatched Rs. 2700/- from the pocket of the informant. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya P.S.
