JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-11-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 275 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case, one country made pistol, one live cartridge; and one misfired cartridge was recovered. Petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2020.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees
