JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 The petitioner has moved this Court against order dated 7.9.2013, by which his PDS licence has been cancelled by the SDO, Dhamdaha.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take resort to the remedy of appeal. In case, petition for condonation of delay is filed, the same would be considered sympathetically, as the petitioner was pursuing the remedy before this Court.

The appellate authority will dispose of the appeal preferably within four months of filing of the appeal. Shashi.
