In this case, the petitioner has raised a grievance that the order of this Court dated 13.5.2013 in CWJC No. 10557 of 2012 has not been complied with as, in the present order, there is a direction of this Court that the petitioner will be at liberty to file representation and if he files the same, the authority will dispose of the same. Learned counsel for the State submits that the representation filed by the petitioner has been considered in the light

Patna High Court MJC No.1725 of 2015 dt.20-02-2017 of the direction of this Court and the authority, vide order dated 23.2.2016, rejected the claim of the petitioner. In that view of the matter, this Court hopes that if the petitioner feels aggrieved, he may take legal action in accordance with law.

The contempt proceeding is dropped.
