JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 The petitioner prays to command the respondents to provide electric connection in the village for which 45 persons have already deposited the security money to the department in October, 2000.
Counsel for the respondents submits that earlier the said village had been provided electric connection, but few months back on account of protest/agitation over death of a villager due to electrocution, the supply has been disconnected for the present.
