The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(A)(i) To comply the policy decision of State Government by which 3% reservation has been given to the handicapped candidate in all kinds of appointment including the farmer adviser.

(ii) To call 3% handicapped persons for counseling as per advertisement of appointment of Farmer Adviser.

(iii) To appoint 3% handicapped persons as a Farmer Adviser pursuant to Advertisement. "

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
