JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-08-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- " (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent Registrar, Saran at Chapra to register the document of lands presented for sale deed, lease, agreement by the petitioners, who is refusing to register the documents in view of the order of the Principal Secretary, Revenue Department dated 07.06.2017 and the matter is pending since long.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent Registrar,

Patna High Court CWJC No.12572 of 2021(5) dt.24-08-2022 2/2 Saran at Chapra to register the documents of sale deed, mortgage, lease or agreement presented by the petitioners bearing holding No. 862, 862A, Ward no.10, Circle No. 23 of Chapra Municipal Area, who are in need of money and had taken heavy loan for the treatment of his wife, who was a cancer patient and petitioner no.1 was patient of Covid-19 and on Oxygen and life support and was in admitted in I.C.U. in Patna."

At the outset, the learned counsels for the respective parties are in agreement that the present case is squarely covered by a judgment dated 28.07.2022 passed by this Court in the case of Rakesh Gupta vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. ( C.W.J.C. No. 17001 of 2021).

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the consensus arrived at between the parties, the present writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the directions issued by the judgment rendered in the case of Rakesh Gupta (supra).
