2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act-2018.

3. Prosecution case is that 1200 kg Mahua Flowers in the jute boara were recovered from vehicles in question .

4. It is submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State submits that the huge

6. Considering the facts of the case as also the fact that huge quantity of Mahua flower have been recovered from the vehicle of which petitioners are registered owner, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
