JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.
The petitioner seeks removal of overhead electric wires from his premises in Patel Nagar, P.S. Shashtri Nagar, District- Patna.
Mr. Vinay Kirti Singh, learned counsel appearing for Power Holding Company submits that the petitioner has not furnished the details as to when he acquired the land and as to when he started construction. He further submits that the petitioner ought to have acted promptly, in case, if any electric wire was being drawn overhead. The petitioner should also give undertaking
Patna High Court CWJC No.14817 of 2013 (4) dt.27-10-2015 2 / 2 to meet the cost, if the authorities find it necessary to shift the overhead wire.
I find that the petitioner has already filed a representation to respondent no.3. In case, if the petitioner files a fresh representation with the relevant details, the same would be disposed of within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
This application stands disposed of.
