JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2018 Heard the parties. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Civil Line P.S.Case No. 116 of 2018/ G.R. No. 1896/2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioners is assault to the informant and also snatched the golden chain. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is a case and counter case between the parties and the petitioners have been falsely been falsely implicated in this case Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

No.41886 of 2018 (2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as discussed above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gaya Civil Line P. S. Case No. 116 of 2018/ G.R. No. 1896 of 2018 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya Civil Line, subject to the conditions as laid down laid down under Section 438 ( 2) Cr.P.C. with other that bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the Court concerned.
