Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 192/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others have participated in the assault of the victim. One Kanhaiya Kumar is said to have assaulted and caused fracture upon the victim and this petitioner is also said to have assaulted the victim.

Considering the facts and circumstances and also the fact that the petitioner is not the author of the injury, the present

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM II, Samastipur, in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 192/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
