At the outset, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7505 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 3/3 petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the State Commission for Upper Caste, or any other Commission as well as the respondent authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
