Petitioner is in custody in connection with Atari P.S. Case No. 200 of 2018 for the offence under sections 448, 380, 328, 363, 370 and 372 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against this petitioner is demand of extortion on mobile phone.

The allegation against this petitioner is that he entered into the house of the informant and took Rs. 20000/- kept in a box.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The petitioner is in custody since 11.3.2019.

Case No. 200 of 2018.
