The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore a Miscellaneous Appeal i.e. M.A. No. 68 of 2009, which stood dismissed in 2011 itself due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated: 23.03.2011. The present restoration petition was filed on 22.08.2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the Court that there was bona fide reasons for delay in filing of the present petition, however, considering the facts disclosed in the petition the Court is not persuaded with the same. The restoration petition stands dismissed.
