The petitioner has moved this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 22436 of 2013 which was disposed of on 2.5.2018. Mr. Balram Kapri, learned counsel for the petitioner, informs this Court that after remand, again the case of the petitioner has been considered and the order has been passed against her.

So far the order and review order is concerned, that order does not hurt anyone as the Court has only given a

Patna High Court C. REV. No.228 of 2016(7) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 direction for fresh selection of the Anganwari Sevika and, thus, in no way, it is going to adversely affect the interest of the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Court does not find any error to interfere with the order dated 8.4.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 22871 of 2013.
