The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 194 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant, father of the deceased, named the petitioners along with other accused persons and alleged that the accused persons assaulted his daughter and killed her. The marriage of his daughter was solemnized five years ago.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are married sister-in-law of the deceased and they are living in their own house and they have no

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are married sister-in-law of the deceased and there is no specific demand of dowry against them, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 194 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
