The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 341, 353, 383, 332, 333, 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. In the course of shifting of the sand piled up after illegal mining by the police personnel and officers of the administration, around 100-150 persons including the petitioner raised protest, assaulted the police personnel, blocked the road and raised anti administrative slogan and damaged the vehicle in which S.H.O. Doriganj sustained grievous injury. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. He happens to be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28973 of 2019(2) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 mere member of the mob. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. Regarding same occurrence, two more cases have been lodged against the petitioner consecutively. Similarly situated coaccused namely Shiwajee Ray and Satya Narain Ray have been enlarged on anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16159 of 2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 250 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
