JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-10-2015 The petitioner, being a Red card holder of the BPL family, prays for a direction to the State respondents to ensure regular supply of PDS ration at the hands of respondent no.5, who happens to be a PDS dealer.

State respondents have filed a counter affidavit. In paragraph 11, they state that pursuant to petitioner's complaint, Block Supply Officer, Sidhwalia enquired into the matter and submitted his enquiry report to the SDO, Sidhwaliya, Goaplganj vide letter dated 27.2.2013 and found the allegations to he false against respondent no.5.

In the facts of the case, it is to the SDO, Sidhwaliya, Goaplganj to ensure smooth supply of PDS commodities to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19618 of 2013 (4) dt.09-10-2015 2/2 BPL card holders as well as to the other consumers from the PDS shop of respondent no.5.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Collector, Gopalganj (respondent no.2), if he still has grievances. (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J) Shashi.
