Heard Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned Senior Counsel for the review petitioner and learned counsel for the State. We are of the view that the Review Application cannot be termed into the second appellate forum to hear the matter on merit all over again. If there is an error of judgment, the remedy is appeal and not rehearing.

We are not inclined to interfere in the matter. This application is dismissed, accordingly.
