The trial has progressed, seven witnesses have been examined including the Investigating Officer and the informant, as such, the Court, for the present, is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

However, in the event, if the trial is not completed within a further period of six months, the petitioner would be at liberty to file an application before the learned trial Court itself for seeking bail and in the event, if it is found that the delay in the trial was not on account of the petitioner, the learned trial Court shall pass orders in accordance with law.
