The petitioner initially filed the writ petition questioning the notice dated 16.9.2013 whereby the special meeting was held for consideration of the no confidence motion

Patna High Court CWJC No.21977 of 2013 (3) dt.09-10-2015 moved against the petitioner. The special meeting was held on 18.10.2013 and was passed against the petitioner and which has been questioned by way of an interlocutory application bearing I.A. No.7886 of 2013. Thereafter a fresh election has been held for the post of Pramukh and Up-Pramukh on 7.11.2013 and in which new Pramukh and Up-Pramukh have been elected. The election of Pramukh and Up-Pramukh has not been questioned by the petitioner.

Prima-facie there appears to be no ground to interfere with the impugned order. Even otherwise in absence to the challenge to the re-election, the issue raised has become academic .

The writ petition and the interlocutory application are accordingly disposed of.
