JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 14 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 341, 323, 385, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he has demanded Rangdari.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. There is land dispute between the parties and for which there is case and counter case. In fact, the present case is counter blast of Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 13/2019 dated 13.2.2019.

Case No. 14 of 2019.
