2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Araria R.S. P.S. Case No. 208 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, two country made pistol, one loaded pistol and 12 live cartridges were recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the there is no any other case against the petitioner. The police did not attempt to chase the petitioner when he was fleeing away and it has not been mentioned in the F.I.R. about

5. From a perusal of the F.I.R., it appears that two country made pistols, one looted country made pistol and cartridges have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

6. The petitioner does not deserve the privilege for anticipatory bail, which is accordingly rejected. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Neha/- U T
