This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 20.11.2017 passed by Learned S.D.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in Complaint Case No. 1157 of 2017 (Tr. No. 4058 of 2017) by which learned S.D.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur took cognizance against the accused petitioners for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/ 4 of the D.P. Act.
