Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 249 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation attributed against this petitioner. Petitioner is merely alleged to be a member of the mob. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2.

No.28494 of 2019(2) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 249 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
