Petitioner is in custody in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019 for the offence under sections 272, 273, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

In the instant case total 2443 liters of liquor was seized.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.3.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused Ramdahin Prasad, Sulekha Devi and Jai Prakash have been granted bail by different benches of this, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28947 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of IIIrd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019.
