2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sripur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323,448, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of assaulting the injured.
4. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2025. He further submits that the injury has been found to be caused by hard and blunt substance.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submission of the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj/concerned Court below in connection with Sripur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2024.
