2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 381 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109, 317(5) and 3(50 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, two persons are said to have fired upon the victim causing firearm injury.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2025. His name has come in the case on the self-inculpatory statement of the co-accused Aditya Bhargava @ Ashish Kumar.

5. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner and co-accused Aditya Bhargava @ Ashish Kumar had fired upon the victim, this Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29189 of 2026(2) dt.11-05-2026 2/2 is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.

7. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
