The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Naubatpur P.S. Case No.162 of 2017 registered under Sections 307, 354 and other Sections of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 11.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.63491 of 2017 but now the case has been compromised and good sense prevailed between the petitioner and the informant, therefore, the petitioner again filed this petition for grant of anticipatory bail but I do not find any new ground to reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. It is the case in which the petitioner is alleged to have attempted to outrage the modesty of the daughter of the

The petitioner again came to the house and dragged the daughter of the informant. When the informant protested, the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted him with the butt of pistol.
