The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 251 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 341, 353, 383, 332, 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 37869 of 2018 on 04.07.2018. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27355 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-VII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 251 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
