It appears that several licences were cancelled after notice published in the newspaper in the district of Siwan and the petitioner's case is one of them. In the present case, surprisingly, as claimed by the petitioner, licence has been renewed till 2013 and an identical case bearing CWJC No.8969/2015 (Babu Ram Prasad Vs. State of Bihar and Ors.) has been allowed by this Court in which the impugned order has already been quashed and set aside and the matter has been remitted back to the authorities for fresh consideration. Patna High Court CWJC No.13464 of 2013 dt.12-10-2015 2/2 footing, is also allowed in terms of the order dated 12.10.2015 passed in CWJC No.8969/2015 (Babu Ram Prasad Vs. State of Bihar and Ors.).
