2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

Patna High Court CWJC No.10154 of 2015(5) dt.08-07-2025 2/3 "a. for quashing the order dated 29th December, 2014 at Annexure-7 passed by the Member, Administrative of the Bihar Land Tribunal at Patna in B.L.T.- Case No 433 of 2014 by which the application of the petitioners was dismissed. b. for quashing the order dated16.01.2014 at Annexure-4 passed by the Director of Consolidation, Bihar Patna in Revision No-303 of 2013 by which without issuance of notice and without hearing the petitioners and also without taking into consideration the maintainability or otherwise, the memo of Revision was sent to the Consolidation officer, Kishanganj for disposal expeditiously.

c. for issuance of a direction to the Consolidation Officer at Kishanganj to stay further proceeding in the matter on the basis of the related memo of Consolidation Revision No-303 of 2013 till the disposal of this petition.

d. for any other relief or reliefs as deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. On 20.07.2023, when the matter was taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time for filing supplementary affidavit.

4. It was taken up subsequently on 08.08.2023 when the same prayer was made before the Coordinate Bench.

5. Lastly, it was taken up on 08.09.2023 and once again, prayer for adjournment to file supplementary affidavit was made.

6. From the aforesaid facts it is clear that the petitioner is only buying time, thrice adjournments were made but the supplementary-affidavit as per the office notes has not been filed and today on call, there is no appearance.

7. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U
