For the Petitioner :
Mr.Umesh Kumar Mishra, Advocate For Respondent No.5 to 7:
Mr.Gyan Shankar, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 12-12-2022 The petitioner's counsel was granted time for informing the Court whether the petitioner has represented before the Committee constituted pursuant to the Court's order passed in CWJC No.17899 of 2012, whereby a Committee under the Chairmanship of Principal Secretary, Human Resources Department, Government of Bihar was constituted to look into any anomaly that may have occurred in filling up vacancy of Teachers pursuant to the selection process under
Patna High Court CWJC No.9089 of 2015(3) dt.12-12-2022 2/2 Advertisement No.210/2010.
Such query was made since the petitioner has claimed by way of instant writ proceedings that a direction be issued for her appointment as an Assistant Teacher (Trained) in Elementary School after including her name in the select list. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had not represented before the Committee constituted for removing the anomaly.
Since the petitioner has not represented before the Committee so constituted and failed to avail the opportunity, this Court does not find the petitioner's claim for direction to appoint the petitioner to be sustainable.
Writ petition is dismissed.
