The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328 and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, it is a case of dowry death due to nonfulfilment of dowry demand made by the accused persons and the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is an old lady aged about 69 years and she is mother-in-law of the deceased and the ample responsibility is fixed upon the husband of the deceased. He next submits good sense has prevailed between the parties.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30782 of 2022(2) dt.15-11-2022 2/2 Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM/CJM, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 207 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.6120 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
