Petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 27.04.2022 in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 19 of 2022, F.I.R. dated 26.01.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120Bof the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
