The petitioners seek bail in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No.6 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 348, 323, 324, 427, 307, 436, 380 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that similarly circumstanced co-accused Bhushan Paswan has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 27.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16357 of 2019 by a Bench of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30070 of 2019(2) dt.23-05-2019 2/3 this Court. Five other co-accused persons, namely, Bijay Kumar @ Bijay Paswan, Satrughan Paswan, Nokhu Paswan @ Vijendra Paswan, Tufan Paswan and Ganesh Choudhary have also been granted bail vide order dated 03.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.26203 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners. However, he concedes that the case of the petitioners stand on identical footing to that of other co-accused who have already been granted bail. Considering the submissions made above, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No.6 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) that the petitioners shall attend court in accordance with the conditions of the bond executed; (b) that the petitioners shall not commit an offence similar to the offence of the present case; and (c) that the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any
