The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No. 186 of 2022 for the offence registered under Section 379, 411 of the I.P.C.
Allegation against the petitioner and the other coaccused namely Manish Kumar is that they were caught by the villagers when they were running away after snatching locket from the neck of informant's daughter during worship in the temple.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. He further submits that charge-sheet has already been submitted and there is no chance of absconding of the petitioner or tampering with the evidence.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for grant of regular bail to the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in Punaura P.S.
