JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2019 In the present writ petition, the relief sought for by the petitioner is to direct the State Government to reckon the services of the petitioner from the date of his joining and grant regularization of his services, in view of the fact that he is working in the College since 11.12.1990.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the University has recommended the case of the petitioner to the State Government for the purposes of creation of post and regularization of his services, no action has been taken by the State Government.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9916 of 2015(3) dt.20-05-2019 2/2 Having regard to the limited scope of the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to relegate the petitioner to the remedy of filing a representation before the respondent no. 1 within a period of four weeks from today, who shall examine the case of the petitioner and call for a report from the University and thereafter, he shall pass the final order upon the representation of the petitioner, in terms of the Full Bench judgment of this Court rendered in the case of Ram Sewak Yadav v. The State of Bihar and others reported in 2013(1) PLJR 964, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
