JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 12.02.2008 in District Appeal No. 240 of 2007-08 passed by the District Magistrate, Araria (Annexure-1) whereby and whereunder the petitioner's PDS licence bearing No. 17P of 2006 has been cancelled; for quashing the order dated 20.12.2007 passed by the S.D.O., Araria whereby and whereunder the SDO, Araria has cancelled the PDS licence of the petitioner; and for connected reliefs.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Manish Kumar states that during the pendency of this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner has now been redressed and the matter need not be pressed.
