This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 399 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 38(i)(ii), 41 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

In view of the fact that the petitioners have previous enmity with the Police which is clear from Annexure-2 to this bail application, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39559 of 2021(2) dt.10-12-2021 2/2 the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 399 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
