2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite having applied for the PDS licence as far back as in the year 2011 the same has not been considered by the authorities. In any event, the petitioner has applied once again for fresh PDS licence in Barhara Block pursuant to advertisement published on 19.06.2018.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents appears and has been heard.
4. In view of the stand of the petitioner, no positive order need be passed. The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that if the
