A show cause has been filed on behalf of the Opposite Party Nos. 8 and 9, the District Education Officer and the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Begusarai in which it is stated that in terms of the order dated 20.12.2011

Patna High Court MJC No.6141 of 2013 (2) dt.28-07-2016 2/2 passed in CWJC No. 20208/2011, the representation of the petitioner has been disposed of.

In the above circumstances, the contempt application is dismissed.

It goes without saying that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, he may take recourse to appropriate proceedings.
