23-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It appears that earlier, the bail application of petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 25.09.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 43894 of 2019. Thereafter, vide order dated 11.01.2021, a report was called for from the court below regarding stage of the trial, which has been received and kept at flag 'A'. From perusal of report of learned 6th Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Gopalganj, contained in Letter No. 24 dated 15.01.2021, it appears that the all the charge-sheeted witnesses have already been examined and only two non-official charge-sheeted witnesses are to be examined, for which, warrant of arrest has already been issued.
