The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No.366 of 2024 registered for the offence under section 309(4) and 111 of the B.N.S., 2023 and under sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. 3.

The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. The allegation against the petitioner and others is that they have committed robbery of Rs.1,50,000/- from the CSP centre of the informant.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2025. He is accused in two more criminal cases. 5.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29345 of 2026(2) dt.11-05-2026 2/2 against the petitioner and also the fact that he is accused in two more criminal case, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. 6.

It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
