The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.471 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that on completion of investigation, the police found the petitioner innocent and he was not sent up for trial, but differing with the police report, the learned Magistrate summoned him to face trial, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43046 of 2018 (2) dt.20-07-2018 2/2 Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.471 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
