Petitioner is aggrieved by selection of respondent No 6 as Angan Bari Sevika for Ward No 12 at Gram Panchayat Raj Harnaiya in the district of Sitamarhi.

Petitioner has raised her grievance claiming her selection before the District Programme Officer, Sitamarhi by an application which has been sent by post on 19.03.2019. Petitioner's counsel submits that fresh copy of the application

Patna High Court CWJC No.8792 of 2019(2) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 shall be filed within two weeks before the District Programme Officer to facilitate the consideration.

As petitioner's clam has to be considered by the District Programme Officer, who is the competent authority under the Guidelines, keeping the instant proceeding pending before this Court, will serve no useful purpose. Writ petition, therefore, stands disposed of. District Programme Officer (Establishment), Sitamarhi (respondent No 3) should dispose of the petitioner's application after hearing the necessary parties by reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law.
