The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of appropriate writ/ order/ direction commanding the Respondents to make payment of the full admissible (A.C.P.) Assured Carrier Promotion and Annual Increment from 01.01.2006, which is not paid to the petitioner. Petitioner retired on 31.07.2012 but uptill now, his (A.C.P.) Assured Carrier Promotion and Annual Increment is not paid."

Considering the nature of relief prayed for in the present writ petition, I direct the Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Tube Well Division, Jitwarpur Minor Irrigation Department, Samastipur, i.e. the respondent no. 6 to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of benefits of A.C.P./ M.A.C.P. Scheme and pass necessary orders, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from today.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
