The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018, G.R. Case No. 5063 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of the land dispute scuffle took place between the parties in which both sides have sustained injury and there is case and counter case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 14.01.2019.

Case No. 125 of 2018, G.R. No.5063 of 2018.
